Toyota already owned trust and pride in the ownership experience. The opportunity was to extend that emotional equity into servicing, positioning Toyota Genuine Service as the guardian of something customers already loved.
The Feeling Never Fades. By linking servicing to the irreplaceable feeling of owning a Toyota, the campaign reframed a routine transaction as the act of preserving something worth protecting.
